Import

Import customs clearance into Germany or Austria is the declaration of goods from a non-EU country for release into free circulation within the EU. Import VAT and, where applicable, customs duties are always due.

Export

The export declaration from Germany or Austria is the registration of goods that are permanently exported from the EU customs territory in order to be exported in compliance with customs regulations.

T1

The T1 procedure enables the duty-free transport of non-Union goods within or through the EU until final customs clearance.

T2

The T2 procedure permits the transit of Union goods through non-EU countries without incurring duties or charges. This is necessary, for example, if you want to transport goods from Germany to Italy via Switzerland.

CBAM

CBAM ist ein neues EU-Meldeverfahren, das den CO₂-Ausstoß bestimmter importierter Waren aus Drittstaaten erfasst. Wir unterstützen Sie bei der korrekten Anmeldung der Emissionen – damit Sie Ihre CBAM-Pflichten fristgerecht und vollständig erfüllen.

Neutralisation

Bei der Neutralisierung behalten wir die ursprünglichen Anlieferdokumente ein und erstellen für unsere Kunden (z.B. einen Zwischenhändler) neue Lieferdokumente, sodass der ursprüngliche Absender gegenüber dem Endempfänger anonym bleibt.

Document handling

In document handling, as a customs agency we ensure that all customs-relevant documents are correctly handed over to the truck driver—the customs declaration itself is not submitted by us. Ideal for freight forwarders and importers who handle the declaration themselves but need secure and punctual document handover.

Intrastat

Intrastat is the mandatory report on the movement of goods within the EU—that is, when companies dispatch or receive goods from one EU country to another. Particularly important for smaller companies that do not yet report automatically to the Federal Statistical Office.

Freipass

The Freipass (today often called ZAVV—“customs declaration for temporary admission”) is a national customs document that allows the temporary duty-free import of goods into Switzerland, provided they are re-exported unchanged within a deadline. This means no VAT or customs duties are due.

Import CH

Import customs clearance into Switzerland is the customs declaration of goods that are imported from a third country into Swiss customs territory. VAT is always due. Switzerland abolished most industrial tariffs in 2024—so, for most goods remaining in Switzerland, no customs duty applies.

National transit CH

National transit is a customs procedure in which goods are transported under official supervision within Switzerland without customs charges becoming due immediately at departure or arrival. Similar to a T1, only national.
